When you are in ROTC programs, does that mean you have to enlist in the military?
I just need more to do, but I don't want to go to the army. I'm just looking to be part of something by the time i graduate. I'm already looking to join JROTC at my high schoo for my senior year. I just hope it will help with my scholarships, and another thing... will I have to cut my
