Young JV receives a Plaque of Recognition from AFPEBSO
Scholars and grantees of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Educational Benefit System Office (EBSO) had been given tribute on a recognition night dubbed as "Salute to Success" - June 16, 2011, at the AFP Commissioned Officers' Clubhouse, General Headquarters (GHQ).
