What loan/grant/scholarship to get for Nail Technician School?
I am applying for nail school in Montana to start in April...I cannot have any federal financial aid but I can have military spouse grants or scholarships, and my husband is in the National Guard. Does anyone know of what scholarships or loans or grants I can get or apply for? The school is call Pela Beauty Academy.
