college grants single mothers-Housing and Vehicle grants for single mothers who want to attend college?
My step sister is a single mother of three
she lives in a town of population 455. literally.
and she doesnt have a car or a house
and she claims she cant get a job or go to school because she was no car.
so.. i figure if i can find some kind of grants available for her in missouri then she will have no more excuses and do something with herself
they live with my dad and her and her 3 kids share one small bedroom
so..
she really needs to do something i just cant find
