Today more and more women not only play the role of house-maker and child raiser, but they are also working full time jobs and major contributors to the family income.
This means that obtaining a college degree could make a difference between a low paying job and a higher paying career. After all if you have to work along with all the other duties normally handled by the women of the house, then you might as well have the highest paying job you can qualify for.
