Budget Stalemate Harms College Students
(Sacramento) -- The budget crisis is bad news for college students and the state's economic future. While the budget stalemate persists, students cannot receive the funds distributed through the Cal Grants program, universities and colleges are caught in a financial limbo and California's workforce training efforts fall further behind.
