Can I cancel existing student loan and use post 911 gi bill?
Kaplan college wants me to enroll this week, but I have not been approved or received my Post 911 GI Bill certificate from the VA yet. The finance lady told me to get a student loan, then cancel it once I get the certificate from the VA. Is this even possible? Should I just wait to enroll, once I get the
