Can i get the pell grant again?

Last year i dropped out of college before the semester was over, i owed 500 bucks back for the grant for not completing enough of the semester. I payed it back on time, way before the due date. I dropped out because i had been talking to a military recruiter, it was a career i always considered, so we started the process and spent a year trying to get in, but due to asthma complications as a kid i was denied a waiver.
