Boston and Waltham (PRWEB) January 8, 2005 The Boston Foundation, Tufts Health Plan and the Massachusetts Medical Society and Alliance Charitable Foundation have jointly announced their second year of funding the Homelessness Prevention Initiative, an effort launched in December 2003 to prevent homelessness among families and individuals in Massachusetts.
