personal grants single mothers-Can you tell me how to go about sending a grant proposal?
I am about to be a single mother next month and I came across this website about how the government gives money away to people that need it. I signed up to get more info. but I had to pay for it. I'm unemployed and have almost no money to spend on anything that's telling me I can get free money. I've been looking at different websites and seen that you can get grants for just about anything. I need to know how do I go about doing a proposal for personal needs, general living expenses, and buying a new car. I don't even know who or where
